2009 Project: Ecuador – July 14-27, 2009
Live TV Broadcast from UW19!
A
new feature for this year's Ultimate Workout was a live nightly
broadcast directly to maranatha.org. The mission experience, held July
14 to 27, hosted more than 150 participants in Puyo, Ecuador.
The
goal for the live broadcast was to not only highlight what the kids did
each day, but to portray what Ultimate Workout means, what it’s about,
and how it can change lives for teenagers.

Project Scope:
Construct a
school, conduct Vacation Bible Schools, create safe and healthy meals
for the groups 3 times a day, assist in medical clinics at some of the
sites, and engage in contact evangelism in the local communities.
